Strategic Plan Focus Group

The Huron County Museum & Historic Gaol and Cultural Programs is developing a new strategic plan and we want to hear from you! The public is invited to participate in a focus group taking place across the County to help the Museum and Cultural Programs establish priorities for the next five years. Public input on services, programs and facilities will provide valuable feedback that will help shape the plan.

Whether you are a regular visitor to the Museum and Gaol, participated in a Cultural Program such as the Huron Multicultural Festival, or have never visited or attended any programs before, all feedback is welcome!

Focus Group dates and locations:

• Thursday, March 14, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Goderich, Huron County Economic Development office
• Monday, March 18, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Alice Munro Library, Wingham
• Wednesday, March 20, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Seaforth Library Branch
• Thursday, March 21, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Exeter Library Branch
• Tuesday, March 26, 7-8 p.m.: Zoom – register online
• Wednesday, March 27, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Clinton Library Branch

Whether or not you are able to join a focus group, the public is also invited to take a moment to offer feedback through the online survey. The survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and all participants will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card each to Fincher’s in Goderich and Eat Local Huron! The online survey can be accessed from home by visiting Huron County Connects. Paper copies will also be available from the Museum front desk or any Huron County Library branch.
